Our Team

Dr. Jerry Chih was inspired to become an optometrist after years of wearing glasses and contacts as a child. He understands how important not only clear vision but also healthy eyes are to living life to the fullest. He is passionate about supporting his patients’ eye health while also ensuring they feel comfortable and confident with their eyewear solutions. He values building lasting relationships and genuine connections with both his patients and the surrounding community. 

Dr. Chih is a board certified therapeutic optometrist and glaucoma specialist from Houston, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the University of Texas at Austin and earned his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston College of Optometry. After serving the Houston community for a couple years after graduating, he and his wife moved to Dallas in 2021. 

During his free time, Dr. Chih enjoys attending sporting events, traveling the world, and spending time trying out different cuisines with his family and friends. He is excited to join the Heath community!
